Board of Directors Project Director
Role Overview: The Board Project Director plays a crucial role in the Duclay Forest Garden District by overseeing and coordinating projects within the district. This leader ensures that all projects align with the district’s goals and works to foster collaboration among individual project leaders and ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight of projects, ensuring they align with the district's vision and goals.
Project Coordination: Coordinate timelines, resources, and assignments across various projects to ensure smooth execution.
Planning and Development: Assist in the development and planning of new projects, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Mentorship: Support and mentor individual project leaders, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of each project, ensuring timely completion and effective problem-solving.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for the Duclay Forest Garden District leadership team, keeping them informed of project statuses and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience in project management or community-based initiatives.

Getting Started:
The Board of Directors Project Director will help set the tone by building the role, and putting together resources that will set future Project Leaders up for success.
