Project Leaders
Role Overview: The Project Leaders are responsible for the planning, execution, and management of specific projects within the Duclay Forest Garden District. Project leaders ensure that the project is completed effectively and contributes to the overall mission of the district.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop and implement a detailed plan for the assigned project, including goals, timelines, and resource needs.
Ambassador Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage ambassadors to work on the project, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support.
On-Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities for the project, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting: Regularly report project progress to the Board Project Leader, including successes, challenges, and any required adjustments.
Resource Management: Ensure the effective use of resources, including materials, tools, and ambassador time.
Community Engagement: Engage with the community to promote the project and encourage participation and support.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in managing or participating in community projects.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
Interest in environmental conservation and gardening.
