Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation Your appointment is confirmed after receiving a confirmation email from us. Please check your inbox and spam folder for this email. 2. Payment Full payment (or a specified deposit) is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Payment can be made securely through our website. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling can be done through the link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. 4. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be fully refunded (or your deposit can be applied to a future booking). Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a partial refund or loss of deposit. 5. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, no refund will be issued. 6. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings. Full payment is still required. 7. Service Changes Any changes to services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs. 8. Health & Safety Please ensure you are in good health before attending your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to reschedule for a later date.
